The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the trustees and beneficiaries of the Kai-a-te-mata Marae Reservation, comprising Te Au-o-Waikato A5C 2B 2F 2A (formerly known as Te Au-o-Waikato A12) and Te Au-o-Waikato A5C 2B 2G 1, will be held as follows:
